Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala are compulsory whilst communication skills in Tamil is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on flexible work roaster arrangements.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in an independent and a performance driven culture.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
