possess at least 2-4 years experience in a Bank/ Financial institution with a minimum of 2 years exposure into retail collections & recoveries

part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage

have good interpersonal and communication skills & being able to communicate in Tamil would a definite advantage

possess know how of using Google sheets/ excel and other applications
You will be mainly responsible for;
-
monitoring of delinquent portfolios of Leasing & Housing Loans on daily basis
-
reviewing and making recommendations for any changes to the process that will improve effectiveness or efficiency of the function
-
driving assigned teams to meet targets
-
facilitating and leading optimal communication structure/ processes between internal and external stakeholders as a mean of driving performance
-
reviewing team’s ongoing productivity
-
preparing of MIS reports and handling system related matters
